Policy
Please take careful consideration before committing to a river tour. Wild Water Adventures, LLC is a for profit commercial white water rafting outfitter guide service. A significant investment has already been made to make your river adventure as extraordinary as possible. Our challenge is to recover our pre-season investment during the short few months of the rafting season. We operate on the same principals as a hotel. It is important to understand that when we take a reservation it is a commitment for Wild Water Adventures, LLC to hold that space for you. We often turn away guests when our availability meets capacity. If you decide to cancel or simply not show up on your tour date, it can be difficult for us to fill your space. Please help us better serve you, our river friends, by continuing to support us through fulfilled commitment to join us on the river.
Day Trips:
Cancellations prior to 72 hours of your actual tour date start time, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours (3 days) of your actual tour date start time, you forfeit 50% of your trip costs therefore you are entitled to a 50% refund.
Same day Cancellations, you forfeit 100% of your trip costs.
However, you may substitute another person or transfer the trip to another date within the same season without penalty.
Multi-Day Trips:
Cancellations prior to 2 weeks of your actual tour date start time, you are entitled to a 90% refund.
Cancellations within the two week period prior to your actual tour date start time, you forfeit 50% of your trip costs therefore you are entitled to a 50% refund.
Same day Cancellations, you forfeit 100% of your trip costs.
However, you may substitute another person or transfer the trip to another date within the same season without penalty.
Again, No Shows & Same-Day Cancellations are subject to 100% of total trip rate (no refund). There are no exceptions to these cancellation policies. Normally all of our trips are a go, rain or shine. Prepare accordingly. Wild Water Adventures, LLC. reserves the right to make itinerary changes, if necessary, due to water fluctuations, weather conditions, insufficient reservations or other factors beyond or out of our control.
