Our pay rates are fair and competitive however this is a unique industry. Hard work, long hours and low rates are common for this industry. Be honest with yourself. If you do not enjoy working with divers people in the great outdoors than this job many not be right for you. We are in the tourism industry. We entertain and interact with people from all over the country. Our customers seek an enriching experience and we find pleaser in giving that experience to them. To excel in this industry, you must genuinely enjoy people. We desire employees that are comfortable around people who are confident enough to reach out, to make someone smile, crack a joke but, at the same time always looking out for the persons well being and safety. This skill requires a certain tact that we can not give you or train you in. You must have it already.
