The
Middle McKenzie run offers full family fun for all
generations. This section of river is suitable for
everyone. Clear water, blue skies, beautiful deep
green arrangements of fir, ash, maple and other
varieties of trees make this run breath taking. The
Middle McKenzie is rated class II - III. Majority of
the rapids are class II with Brown's Hole and Marten
Rapids being class III during normal summer flows.
Expect to get splashed and even soaked if you give
your guide permission to show you what the McKenzie
has to offer. Even class II rapids can knock a person
out of the raft and into the river.
Up the adventure by requesting to be your own captain of your own inflatable kayak. The mcKenzie is a great river to get your feet wet (so to speak) in an inflatable kayak. Or request our Super Puma slick bottom raft who thinks he's a kayak and has a tendency to roll over in larger rapids such as Brown's hole and Marten Rapids.
Wait a minute! Not looking for that much adventure? No problem. Wild Water Adventures is all about life, enjoyment, and being together. If you are looking to spend some quality time with your family, friends, or even coworkers, our larger stable rafts mute some of that wild water action that results in a more relaxed, sit back and soak up the sun type of adventure. The McKenzie is our local jewel and an opportunity not to be missed. Welcome to Paradise. Read more...
